Job summary

Hong Kong Parkview invites high calibre applicants for the position of Section Head – Pastry in Wan Chai. You will lead the pastry team, ensure quality, and prepare menus for daily service and events.

The ideal candidate has F&B management experience, ability to supervise juniors, and flexibility to work across locations. A 5-day week and career development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Certificate in food and beverage / hospitality management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a well-established hotel / clubhouse.
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
• Computer knowledgeable.
