Responsibilities

• Assist Channel Heads on business plans and initiatives.
• Strengthen relationships with partners.
• Manage high-net-worth new business and after-sales services.
• Provide quality case advisory service.
• Design and provide customized operations support.
• Monitor and enhance service quality of partner platforms.
• Drive implementation and compliance of operations guidelines.
• Identify improvement areas for operations processes.
