Job summary

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage partner relationships, and oversee licensing requirements while delivering high-impact solutions.

The role demands a university degree, 10 years’ supervisory experience, and excellent English and Cantonese communication.

Qualifications

• University/College graduate with 10 years’ relevant experience and supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong organizing and management skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality case advisory to accelerate closing of new business and support POS.
• Identify needs of business partners; design and provide tailored operations support.
• Oversee compensation execution for business partners.
• Provide onsite advisory and communicate with partners to drive results.
• Implement rules and guidelines for regulatory and in-house compliance.
• Identify improvement areas and streamline operations for partners.
• Define and monitor service standards (turnaround times, protocols) for each case stage.
• Ensure licensed personnel hold required registrations.
• Lead ad hoc projects and foster performance culture.
