Job summary

Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited invites applications for the role of Customer Services Assistant / Remittance Assistant. You will handle daily financial transactions, provide accurate information to customers, and ensure compliance with bank policies. The position requires client focus and computer literacy.

The role is based in Admiralty/Central and Western District with at least 2 days per week. Mandarin is an advantage, and fluency in English is required to serve a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum HKDSE Level 2 or above in Chinese, English, and Mathematics.
• Able to work at least 2 days per week.
• Service-oriented with PC knowledge.
• Conversant in English; Mandarin speaking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Provide accurate information to customers and adhere to bank policies.
• Coordinate with related departments to fulfill customer promises on time.
• Provide counter services including account opening and other duties as assigned.
• Promote and cross-sell general banking products to customers.

Co-ordinate with related departments to ensure any promises made to customers can be delivered on time

Provide counter services account opening and other job duties as assigned

Promote & cross-sell general banking products to customer

Requirements:
