Job summary

REACARE HEALTH LIMITED is seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to perform in-home assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation plans for elderly or post-discharge clients in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care delivered in the home setting.

You will educate family members and domestic helpers, ensuring safe exercise execution and progress tracking, while maintaining comprehensive clinical records.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist with a valid Practising Certificate (Part 1a) in Hong Kong.
• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and patient-centric mindset.
• Highly independent and able to work in outreach/home settings.
• Experience in geriatric, neurological, or community rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comprehensive physical assessments for elderly or post-discharge clients.

What We Are Looking For:

Registered Physiotherapist with a valid Practising Certificate (Part 1a ) issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong.

Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent professional qualification.

Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centric mindset.

Highly independent, responsible, and capable of working in out-reach settings.

Experience in geriatric, neurological, or community rehabilitation is a strong plus.
