Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd represents a health care client in Hong Kong seeking a qualified physiotherapist. The role requires AHPC-accredited professionals with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy and at least 3 years of experience.

You will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, design rehab plans, deliver physiotherapy interventions, fit walking aids, educate patients and caregivers, and participate in rotations across hospital, nursing home and senior care settings. Office hours, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Physiotherapy with AHPC accreditation is required.
• Minimum 3 years of physiotherapy experience; 6+ years may be considered for senior post.
• Willingness to rotate across community hospital, nursing home and senior care centres.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of mobility, transfers, ambulation, and movement limitations.
• Design and adjust individualized rehabilitation plans with timelines.
• Deliver targeted physiotherapy interventions including manual techniques and electro-therapeutic agents.
• Prescribe and fit walking aids and equipment to promote independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers and coordinate discharge planning with the care team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in meetings and training.
• Supervise therapy aides and students; participate in rotations across settings.

Our Client:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate functional mobility, transfers, ambulation, and movement limitations.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized rehabilitation plans and goal-oriented timelines based on patient conditions.

• Deliver targeted physiotherapy interventions, including manual techniques, airway clearance, electro-therapeutic agents, and functional exercise training.

• Prescribe and fit suitable walking aids and assistive equipment to support patient independence and recovery.

• Educate patients and caregivers while collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams, medical practitioners, and ward staff on discharge planning.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with professional standards.

• Participate in departmental meetings, in-service clinical training, and provide supervision for therapy aides and physiotherapy students.

• Undertake rotational postings across community hospital, nursing home, and senior care centre settings as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor in Physiotherapy

• Min 3 years of experience in physiotherapy. Over 6 years experience can consider Senior Position.

• Have AHPC accreditation
