Qualifications

Registered as Physiotherapist in Hong Kong with Practising Certificate
Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
Minimum 5 years aggregate experience as Registered Physiotherapist in patient care
Post-registration training in Primary Health Care / Community Care / Diabetes care / Cardiology / Stroke rehab / Cardiac rehab / Gerontology advantageous
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Shift duty may include 2 days night shifts until 9:15 pm per week

Responsibilities

Provide community physiotherapy services to Southern District Health Centre clients across Core Centre, Satellite Centres and outreach services
Develop clinical guidelines and workflow for physiotherapy services
Collaborate with Southern District Health Centre multi-disciplinary team to develop health promotion and patient education programmes
Liaise with government officials, network medical practitioners, professional groups and district stakeholders
Supervise PT II and rehabilitation assistant in delivering physiotherapy services
