Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to assess patients and plan treatment, administer interventions, and educate patients and families. You will coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with other rehab disciplines.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy, valid HK registration, hospital experience, and bilingual English/Chinese communication. Shift work is required; benefits include enhanced leave and provident fund scheme.
Evaluate patient as a basis for planning and implementing an appropriate treatment plan
Administer therapeutic interventions to alleviate impairment of functional limitations and to maximize optimal recovery
Provide patient and family/ career education
Initiate and implement patient discharge planning
Initiate and recommend other rehab disciplines when appropriate
Shift duty is required
Any other duty as assigned by the Principal physiotherapist
Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
Holder of Certificate of Registration Part 1a / Part 1b with valid practising certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong
At least 2 years’ working experience preferable in hospital setting
Strong clinical reasoning skills
Flexible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
