Ocean Park Hong Kong is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to support fundraising campaigns, manage donor records, and provide on-site operational assistance at events. The role requires strong communication skills and a willingness to perform outdoor duties as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a Form 6 or higher qualification, with preference for a diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or Non-profit Management, and relevant experience in donor relations or

Responsabilidades

• Campaign & Event Support: assist in large-scale fundraising campaigns and coordinate with team, vendors, partners, and volunteers.
• Donor Data Management: maintain donor records, prepare reports, and provide donor stewardship.
• On-the-Ground Operational Support: assist at fundraising events, set up, handle equipment, and perform outdoor duties as required

The incumbent will be responsible for

1. Campaign & Event Support

• Support the execution of large-scale fundraising campaigns
• Coordinate both internally (with team members) and externally (with vendors, partners, and volunteers) to ensure smooth event operations
• Provide administrative and operational support for fundraising campaigns and related activities

2. Donor Data Management

• Maintain and update accurate donor records in the database
• Prepare regular donation reports and data summaries for tracking and analysis
• Communicate professionally with donors to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and deliver excellent donor stewardship

3. On-the-Ground Operational Support

• Participate in fundraising events and outdoor activities
• Assist with event setup, equipment handling, and other operational duties as required
• Perform outdoor duties and physical work when necessary

Requirements

• Form 6 graduate or above; a diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Non-profit Management, or a related discipline will be an advantage
• Relevant experience in fundraising, donor relations, customer service, sales, or community outreach is preferred
• Basic understanding of the non-profit sector and commitment to the organization's mission and values
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to perform outdoor duties as required
