Job summary

OT&P Healthcare in Hong Kong is seeking a Part-Time Guest Relations Officer (Weekdays) to support our clinics. You will use the clinic management system to record patient data and manage appointments, while coordinating with medical staff and external providers to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role includes arranging direct billing with insurance companies and performing daily reconciliations to maintain accurate records, contributing to a cheerful, professional patient experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin or proficient in all three languages.
• Ability to provide high standards of customer service in a healthcare setting.
