Job summary

OT&P Healthcare in Hong Kong is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to provide medication dispensing and counselling at the clinic dispensary, ensuring accuracy and patient safety, and to support daily dispensary operations.

You will assist in the pharmacy warehouse with inventory control and administrative tasks, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient service across our clinics.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology or Certificate in Dispensing Studies.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Minimum 1-2 years of dispensing or related experience.
• Immediately available preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and provide counselling at clinic dispensary.
• Manage clinic dispensary operations.
• Inventory control for the pharmacy warehouse.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality customer service.

The job holder shall be responsible for:

Clinic Dispensary: Medication dispensing and counselling / Manage clinic dispensary

Pharmacy Warehouse (occasionally): Inventory control / Administrative work

Work with varieties of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology or Certificate in Dispensing Studies

Fluent in English and Cantonese

Willing to play an active role in providing professional patient counselling and drug inventory control

Good interpersonal skills, responsible and well-organized

Minimum 1-2 year ofdispensing or relevant experience

Immediately available is highly preferred
