Job summary

Richemont Asia Pacific Limited - Officine Panerai in Hong Kong seeks a Sales Associate to welcome customers and drive sales in a luxury Boutique. You will manage the customer experience, meet personal and boutique targets, and ensure pristine product displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Front line representative of the Brand, responsible for managing the customer’s experience and selling products
• Maximize the sales of products, by achieving your own individual sales targets and helping to achieve the Boutique targets
• Provide qualitative customer service by delivering the best customer service
• Promote and sell products by identifying customers’ needs and suggesting merchandise to meet their needs
• Ensure that the Boutique appearance is up to standards and the display of products are presented in accordance with specifications

Profile

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality
• Sales background in watches and jewelry is a plus
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Cheerful, Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
