Richemont Asia Pacific Limited - Officine Panerai in Hong Kong seeks a Sales Associate to welcome customers and drive sales in a luxury Boutique. You will manage the customer experience, meet personal and boutique targets, and ensure pristine product displays.

The role requires experience in luxury retail, fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and a cheerful, proactive selling approach within a team.

Qualifications

Experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
Sales background in watches and jewelry is a plus.
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Cheerful, self-motivated with a professional selling technique.
Outgoing team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer- and sales-oriented.

Responsabilités

Front line representative of the Brand, responsible for managing the customer experience and selling products.
Maximize the sales by achieving your own targets and helping Boutique targets.
Provide qualitative customer service by delivering the best customer service.
Promote and sell products by identifying customers’ needs and suggesting merchandise.
Ensure Boutique appearance and product displays meet specifications.
