Job summary

Auxo International Limited is seeking a professional Packaging & Graphic Designer to develop toy packaging from concept to production. You will create distinctive, commercially appealing packaging for our own-brand toys and ensure alignment with brand direction and market needs.

The role requires 5 years of toy packaging experience, strong Illustrator/Photoshop skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. HK location; portfolio submission is requested.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Graphic Design or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of TOY packaging design experience.
• Strong knowledge of packaging structures, die-lines, printing processes and materials.
• Strong sense of colour, typography, layout and current design trends.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong sense of design and creativity.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good Illustration or hand-drawing skills would be an great advantage.
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand-consistent designs for toy packaging designs, logos and related graphics for various toy products.
• Handle packaging projects independently from concept development to final artwork.
• Participate in product and brand development, providing creative direction and visual recommendations.
• Handle product photography and image retouching to support packaging design and related visual materials.
• Develop and modify packaging die-lines and structures based on product requirements.
• Prepare artwork for colour boxes, window boxes, display boxes, and instruction manuals.
• Ensure designs are commercially appealing and suitable for overseas retail markets.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
