Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

We are seeking several full-time Graphic Designer / Product Designer to join our team. In this on-site role based in Hong Kong SAR, you will be responsible for crafting innovative visual designs, creating compelling graphics, and enhancing user experiences.

General Designer

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and refine engaging products and materials to meet client needs and expectations. Daily responsibilities include developing creative concepts, executing design projects, and reviewing final deliverables to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and superior quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:Develop original design concepts for print materials, including brochures, posters, packaging, and toys, ensuring visual appeal and effectiveness.
• Client Collaboration:Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative visual solutions that meet project objectives.
• Project Management:Manage multiple projects from initial concept to final execution, preparing files for production with accuracy and adherence to print specifications while meeting deadlines.
• Trend Awareness:Stay current with design trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance project outcomes and deliver cutting-edge results across print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Brainstorming:Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and insights to enhance the team’s design offerings.
• Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and innovative design concepts that align with client goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Extensive experience will qualify candidates for the Senior Designer role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Proficiency in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a strong aesthetic sense
• Experience in creating and managing Graphics for commercial or digital projects
• Basic knowledge of photography and retouching is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on creating user-centered designs
• Video shooting and editing skills are a valuable plus.
• A portfolio showcase is a must.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently
