Job summary

Hotel Indigo Hong Kong Island is seeking a Guest Services Manager in Wan Chai to lead front desk operations, ensure seamless guest experiences, and promote in-house facilities. You will handle transactions, provide local insights, and create a warm, home-like atmosphere for guests across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate has strong English and Chinese communicative skills, at least 5 years in front office with 2 years of supervisory experience, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration or equivalent.
• 5 years front office/guest services experience with minimum 2 years supervisory.
• Result-oriented strategic thinker with marketing sense.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• React to situations to ensure prompt attention and personal recognition for guests.
• Promote inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.
• Be fully conversant with emergency evacuation and fire procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve related problems.
• Ensure VIPs receive special attention.
