Responsibilities

• Serve as OTC - TRS Operations Manager - SFC Type 1 & 11 License and assist with the application of new SFC license.
• Reviewing and evaluating OTC - TRS dealing issues/concerns within the organization.
• Ensuring all OTC - TRS operations are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies.
• Assist with consultant with license applications and cooperate with solving licensing issues;
• Review and revise business plan for approval by regulators;
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.
