Job summary

China Merchants Securities International Company Limited seeks a sell-side trader to manage hedging of OTC derivatives with a focus on linear products in Hong Kong. You will monitor automated trading systems, execute manual orders, and compile market data to support pricing and risk controls.

You will work to optimize trading operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and participate in developing new trading channels while handling ad hoc tasks as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in STEM from a prestigious university.
• 2-5 years of relevant trading experience; cross-border OTC derivatives preferred.
• Proficiency in trading, clearing, and regulatory rules; multi-market environment knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a sell-side trader for OTC derivatives, focusing on linear products; monitor hedging trades in automated systems and execute manual orders.
• Compile statistics, analyze market dynamics, and help formulate pricing optimization strategies.
• Formulate risk disposal plans and respond to abnormal trading activity during daily processes.
