Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking an Officer, Sales Management to coordinate the sales team, support cross-functional marketing efforts, and ensure timely and accurate reporting. The role requires a Diploma or higher and at least 2 years in sales, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis.

Candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua). Hong Kong-based, on-site role with potential for cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any discipline.
• 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in sales-oriented, order and invoice processing preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, channel sales reports, and communicating relevant information.
• Provide sales support with Retail Marketing, Marketing, and Product Marketing.
• Collaborate with Business Management & Compliance for sales channel information.
• Reach out to relevant channels for related business information.
• Ensure adequacy of sales reports and system materials.
• Handle the process of all sales reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in the preparation of new product launches.
