Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Transformation Office & Strategic Operations in Hong Kong. You will oversee enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams and support governance, reporting and budgeting for the Business Strategy & Transformation function.

Qualifications

University degree in business, management, finance or related disciplines.
Experience in transformation offices, PMO, or strategic operations.
Strong governance, planning and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within the Transformation Office governance framework.
Prepare executive dashboards and management reports with clear metrics.
Support governance forums, meeting materials and minutes for senior leadership.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and workforce-related activity for the function.
Develop concise presentation materials to support decision-making by senior management.
