The candidate will supervise operations, implement improvements, and maintain accurate records, while communicating effectively with staff, parents, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in a related discipline with 5 years of experience.
• Strong communication and quick problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Positive and can-do attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple centers, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Handle complaints promptly and professionally to maintain relationships.
• Visit centers regularly to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain high-quality center performance.
• Address parental concerns and maintain open communication.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely operational reports.
