Job summary

Monkey Tree English Learning Center in Hong Kong seeks a Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive market research, growth strategy and partnerships. You will lead sales, negotiate deals and collaborate with marketing to promote programs across channels.

The role requires university graduation, fluency in English and Cantonese, and 3–4 years in sales or BD. Mandarin is an advantage; strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Market research to identify target markets, customer needs and competitors.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporations and organizations.
• Communicate value proposition, conduct sales presentations and close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns across digital, social, email and content channels.
• Monitor competitive landscape and pricing strategies to maintain edge.
