Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in operations management or team supervision (AOM).
• 4+ years operations management experience with at least 2 years in leadership (OM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth business performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Monitor costs, budget control, and resource allocation.
• Lead and coach the operations team and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet projects and objectives.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and implement solutions.
