WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist in managing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Support the operations team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization inrooms and common areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in operational processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
