Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, professional content.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Tech‑savvy with an interest in AI tools and digital solutions.

About the Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Corporate Office in Hong Kong, the Intern, Restaurants, Bars & Experiences (RB&E) will support a portfolio of ongoing projects across the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences function.

This is a full‑time, 3-6 month internship, ideally suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, creating content, coordinating activities and using technology to improve workflows. The role offers broad exposure to project coordination, communications and content development within a global luxury hospitality organisation.

The role reports to the Group Director, Restaurants, Bars & Experiences.

As Intern, Restaurants, Bars & Experiences, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the creation, review and refinement of internal content, including job descriptions, project documentation, presentations and background materials.

• Assisting with communications to hotels, corporate teams and external partners.

• Maintaining project trackers, action logs and supporting documentation across multiple workstreams.

• Supporting project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking follow‑up actions and preparing meeting materials.

• Conducting research and gathering information to support ongoing projects and business initiatives.

• Using AI and digital tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to support content development, research and process efficiency.

• Providing general administrative and project support to the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences team as required.

As Intern, Restaurants, Bars & Experiences, we expect from you:

• Currently studying towards, or recently graduated with, a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Hospitality or a related discipline.

• Available to commit to a full‑time, 3‑month internship based in Hong Kong.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, professional written content.

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

• Tech‑savvy with an interest in AI tools and digital solutions.

• Hospitality experience is not required.
