Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and customer support of the designated property or cluster.
• Responsible for tenant engagement of the designated property or cluster.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and handling escalated and emergency cases.
• Focal point for guest inquiries, traffics & reservations.
• Coordinate guest service-related issues with community team members.
• Shift duty may be required (Saturday & Sunday included).
• Other ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager.
