Job summary

Canpanion Group in Hong Kong is seeking a full-time Business Operations Analyst / Intern who will work directly with the founder, taking ownership of projects across operations, external relations, and business growth.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or fresh graduates with around 1 year of experience, eager to learn, with strong communication and analytical skills, ready to engage with investors, clients, and internal teams, and to contribute to financial forecasting and marketing

Qualifications

• At least 4th year university or master's student, or fresh graduate.
• Around 1+ year of experience in business-related field.
• Interest in external relations, BD and operations in startups.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in external affairs, business development activities and operations to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage company external relations related operational and administrative tasks.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, clients and stakeholders by providing materials and updates.
• Handle company administrative and daily operation tasks for smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to investors and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing financial forecasts and projections to support decision making.
• Work closely with the CEO to support business development and growth initiatives.
