Job summary

Michael Page Hong Kong is seeking a pragmatic Business Operations/PMO analyst to support strategic and operational projects across multiple business functions. You will track KPIs, prepare dashboards, and present insights to leadership.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, coordinate with technology teams on systems, and help drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, Management, or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Consulting, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data reporting and dashboard preparation.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and Power BI would be highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Officer level.

Responsibilities
