FHS Solutions is a Hong Kong-based construction technology startup seeking an Operations Associate to join a hybrid team. The role blends hands-on coordination with process-building, and offers a hybrid setup with occasional in-person meetings.

You will support scheduling, HR admin, onboarding, payroll, and liaise with clients and partners, reporting to the founding team. 1–3 years’ startup experience and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years experience in a startup or fast-paced SME environment.
• Agile mindset – adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with change.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Independent and resourceful problem-solver.
• Strong communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus).

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day operational coordination across the company.
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and contract administration.
• Coordinate payroll, MPF enrolment, and HR-related administration.
• Support recruitment logistics and onboarding processes.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, accountants, and external partners.
• Build and improve internal workflows, SOPs, and documentation systems.
• Provide direct operational support to the founding team.
