Red Sun Capital Limited seeks a Corporate Finance Analyst (Fresh Graduate Welcome) to support advisory on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and related deals in Hong Kong. You will assist in pitch books, due diligence, and execution of transactions while handling compliance matters and drafting announcements.

Competenze

• Degree holder in business, professional accounting and/or legal.
• 1 year relevant corporate finance experience; fresh graduates considered.
• Hands-on experience in corporate finance transactions, including HK IPOs.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure; high attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Corporate Finance - Analyst (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Will handle corporate finance projects including financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and related transactions

Will assist in preparing pitch books and executing transactions and conducting due diligence

Will assist in execution of compliance matters of the clients

Will assist in preparing draft announcements, circulars and other relevant documents

Will liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities in connection with respective implementation of projects

Will provide administrative support to the team

Will handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in the field of business, professional accounting and/or legal;

1-year relevant experience in corporate finance preferably gained from investment banks, corporate finance advisory firms or international accounting firms (less experience will be considered as analyst);

Hands on experience working in corporate finance transactions, including Hong Kong IPOs;

Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure;

High attention to detail;

Good knowledge about financial market and corporate finance activities;

Strong analytical and organizational skills;

Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese & English, fluency in Mandarin;
