Job summary

RushOwl Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Executive to support daily transport operations, ensure reliable service delivery, and coordinate frontline staff across school and residential shuttle projects.

The role requires a Diploma in logistics or related fields, strong Cantonese and English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. The position reports to the Head of Operations and may require shift work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in logistics, transport operations, or related disciplines.
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for assigned school transport or shuttle bus projects.
• Coordinate deployment of drivers and bus attendants.
• Monitor operational stability, on-time performance, and safe operations.
• Manage attendance, trip records, and verify GPS/check-in data.
• Track KPIs for drivers and attendants (e.g., punctuality, complaints).
• Liaise with schools, residential management, and parents.
• Make real-time decisions for backup deployment in emergencies.
• Vet and approve deployment records in the RushOwl Portal.
• Handle escalated issues and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Respond to operational queries per SLA requirements.

About the Company

About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Executive who will support RushOwl Hong Kong’s daily transport operations, ensuring reliable service delivery, managing frontline staff deployment, and maintaining communication with stakeholders such as schools and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for assigned school transport or shuttle bus projects
• Coordinate deployment of drivers and bus attendants
• Monitor operational stability, ensure on-time performance and safe operations
• Manage attendance, trip records, and verify GPS and check-in data
• Track and manage KPIs for drivers and attendants (e.g., punctuality, customer complaints)
• Liaise with school administrators, residential management, and parents
• Make real-time decisions for backup deployment in emergencies
• Vet and approve deployment records in the RushOwl Portal
• Handle escalated issues and ensure proper documentation and follow-up
• Respond to operational queries in line with SLA requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or above in logistics, transport operations, or related disciplines
• Prior experience in transport, coach, or school bus industry preferred
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong geography and public transport routes
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends if required
