Qualifications

• University Degree or Higher Diploma in hospitality disciplines.
• 10 years operations management experience in running a multi-brand F&B company.
• Strong commercial acumen, project management capability, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills and risk management.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership across the F&B portfolio, ensuring service standards, performance, and successful new outlet delivery.
• Identify market trends and consumer insights to explore and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Manage business reviews, performance analysis, and action plans addressing operational issues and opportunities.
• Oversee multi-brand operational performance, maintaining brand identity while leveraging centralized efficiencies.
• Lead front-of-house training programs to deliver best-in-class hospitality.
• Lead open-ing processes and collaborate on concept building and pre-opening timelines for new outlets.
• Drive financial performance, budgets, and optimize processes to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Manage landlord relationships and property matters.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Operations Director to lead operational excellence, strengthen brand performance, and drive the next phase of our development.

The Role

The Operations Director will provide senior operational leadership across our F&B portfolio, ensuring consistent service standards, commercial performance, and effective new outlet delivery. This role requires a balance of strategic insight, operational discipline, and strong people leadership, with responsibility for front-of-house operations, cross-functional collaboration, landlord relationships, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Business Insights: Identify market trends and consumer insights to explore and evaluate new business opportunities.

Business Reviews & Action Planning: Manage business reviews, including performance analysis and the development of action plans that address operational issues and capitalise on opportunities.

Multi-Brand Management: Oversee the operational performance of a diverse, multi-brand F&B portfolio. You will ensure that each brand maintains its unique identity while benefiting from centralized operational efficiencies.

Service & Training Excellence: Manage and monitor all front-of-house operational teams. You will lead the development and implementation of rigorous training programs to ensure our teams are equipped to deliver best-in-class hospitality.

New Openings & Concept Building: Lead the charge on new outlet openings. You will collaborate with the executive team on concept building, oversee the pre-opening timeline, and ensure a flawless launch with a proven record of successful project management.

Operational Strategy: Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and profitability without compromising quality.

Landlord & Property Relationships: Manage landlord relationships, including leasing and property management matters.

Requirements:

University Degree or Higher Diploma in in Hospitality disciplines

10 years operations management experience in running a multi-brand F&B company.

Strong commercial acumen, project management capability, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills and risk management

Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Proficiency in MS Office and PC operation
