Job summary

EBC Tech Limited is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to join our dynamic FinTech team in Hong Kong. You will execute payments, perform reconciliations, and ensure compliance with internal controls while supporting treasury operations.

The role requires 2–4 years in FinTech/Payments, strong analytical and numerical skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin. We offer a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities and a globally oriented work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant FinTech, Crypto/Digital Asset, Brokerage, PSP, E-wallet, or Financial Institution experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with treasury management or financial operations
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Execute payments and fund transfers through banking platforms and networks.
• Perform reconciliations, exception handling and reporting.
• Screen payments and transfers in compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations to support transactions posting.
• Participate in process improvement projects to increase treasury efficiency and automation.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Execute payments and fund transfers through various banking platforms and payment networks, including SWIFT, local clearing systems, and payment gateways
• Perform reconciliations, exception handling and reporting
• Act as first line of defense to screen payments and transfers in compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Collaborate with Finance Operations to support transactions posting
• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance treasury efficiency and automation
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

About you

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in FinTech, Crypto/Digital Asset, Brokerage, Payment Service Provider (PSP), E-wallet, or Financial Institution
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with treasury management or financial operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills
• Detailed-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo, would be highly preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
