Job summary

EBC Tech Limited is seeking an experienced HRBP in Hong Kong to partner with business leaders and drive people strategies. The role focuses on aligning HR solutions with business goals and improving organizational effectiveness across departments.

You will leverage data analytics to inform decisions, support workforce planning, and contribute to career framework initiatives. Fluency in English and Chinese is required for this dynamically growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in HRBP or business partnering roles.
• Experience with KPI/OKR management, performance management, and job grading.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a must.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement HR policies, processes, and lifecycle practices to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the company's business operations, collaborate closely with department leaders, and provide targeted HR solutions to support business growth and organizational effectiveness.

Review, enhance, and implement HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle practices to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Leverage HR data and analytics to identify organizational challenges and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.

Partner with business leaders to establish, review, and monitor departmental KPIs and OKRs, and support job grading and career framework initiatives.

Provide professional HR advisory services on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and other people-related matters, ensuring issues are addressed effectively and in compliance with company policies.

Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.

Participate in HR projects, cross-functional initiatives, and occasional business travel as required.

Requirements

5+ years of working experience in human resources, with proven experience in HRBP or business partnering roles being preferred.

Experience in KPI/OKR management, performance management, and job grading.

Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent Mandarin is a must.
