Job summary

EBC Tech Limited in Hong Kong seeks a highly organized finance professional to provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management, with a focus on payments, reconciliations, and treasury operations.

Based in Admiralty, Central and Western District, you will help ensure accurate processing, compliance with controls, and timely reporting while coordinating with finance teams. Fluent English and Mandarin required; 2–4 years in FinTech or payments preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FinTech, Crypto/Digital Asset, Brokerage, PSP, E-wallet, or Financial Institution.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with treasury management or financial operations.
• Detailed-oriented, highly organized, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo, preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Execute payments and fund transfers through banking platforms and payment networks (SWIFT, local clearing systems, payment gateways).
• Perform reconciliations, exception handling and reporting.
• Screen payments and transfers in line with internal controls and policies.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations to support transactions posting.
• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance treasury efficiency and automation.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
