Job summary

EBC Tech Limited seeks a Compliance Manager to lead regulatory licensing across multiple jurisdictions and ensure ongoing compliance for fintech operations in payments and related services.

You will liaise with regulators, external counsel, and internal teams to implement robust AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, and sanctions controls, while supporting new product launches and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years' compliance experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking, Brokerage or Financial Services.
• Solid knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, Sanctions Compliance, Regulatory Compliance Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Group's regulatory licences across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support licence applications, renewals, regulator reporting and ongoing compliance obligations.
• Liaise with regulators, external legal counsel and consultants on licensing and compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on products, operations and business expansion plans.
• Draft and maintain compliance policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Review and enhance AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC and KYB frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews, risk assessments and remediation follow-up.
• Provide regulatory and compliance advice to business, payment operations and finance teams.
• Support new product launches, partnership onboarding and market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Group's regulatory licences across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years' compliance experience gained from Payments, FinTech, Banking, Brokerage or Financial Services industries.

Solid knowledge of:

• AML/CFT
• KYC / KYB
• Sanctions Compliance
• Regulatory Compliance Frameworks

Hands-on experience with:

• Payment Institutions
• PSPs (Payment Service Providers)
• Acquiring Banks
• Cross-border Payment Businesses

Experience in regulatory licensing, policy drafting and regulator engagement.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in CFD, Forex, Brokerage or Virtual Asset industries would be an advantage.

Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).
