Assist in the development of Airfield innovation and ramp process optimisation projects, such as Airfield Autonomous Transportation and Ground Services Equipment Pooling
Coordinate and liaise with project contractors and stakeholders to support project transition and delivery
Provide logistical support for site visits and demonstrations to showcase airfield innovation and technology applications at HKIA
Maintain records and databases to ensure effective information management, traceability and reporting
Support procurement activities, financial reporting and invoice processing in compliance with established procedures
Provide administrative support to the team, including managing office hardware and software resources, issuing airfield circulars and staff instructions, preparing amendments to procedures and manuals, and facilitating document review and circulation processes
Degree holders in any discipline are welcome to apply. Fresh graduates will also be considered
Candidates with an Associate Degree / Higher Diploma and at least 2 years' relevant experience, or secondary education with at least 4 years' relevant experience, may be considered for the position of Operation Officer
Candidates with an Associate Degree / Higher Diploma without the required experience, or secondary education with at least 2 years' work experience, may be considered for the position of Operation Officer Trainee
Experience in airfield operations is preferred
Good team player with proactive attitude
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Holder of valid HK driving license with Class 1 and 2 is preferred
