Job summary

Atlas Technica LLC in Hong Kong is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our onsite Support team. This hands-on, client-facing role delivers dedicated onsite IT support, systems administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure care within a client environment.

The Systems Engineer will work closely with Client Technology Managers and other technical teams to resolve issues, elevate complex problems, and deliver a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, or related roles.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID).
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide dedicated onsite IT support to users within the client environment.
Manage and resolve support requests via the organization’s ticketing system.
Troubleshoot end-user issues on Windows, Office apps, laptops, and mobile devices.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams, Entra ID).
Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and group policy related tasks.
Maintain accurate ticket notes and client environment documentation.
