Job summary

Referment is seeking a Systems Administrator for its Hong Kong office to provide hands-on support across Windows and UNIX environments, storage, and end-user devices. The role blends direct user support with infrastructure administration, troubleshooting and project work.

You will collaborate with global colleagues and vendors, helping people use technology effectively while improving reliability and efficiency of the underlying environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with hardware, software, desk-side, trading-floor, AV, conferencing, or remote-user support.
• Strong research and analytical skills and desire to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support for PC hardware, peripherals, software deployments, mobile devices, videoconferencing, AV equipment, trading-floor technology, and data-centre work.
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues.
• Support Windows PCs/servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure.
• Investigate complex issues, administer infrastructure-level systems and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements.
