Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on RHEL administration experience.
• Advanced knowledge of system tuning and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with scripting (Bash).
• Experience with enterprise virtualization and private cloud platforms (VMware, OpenStack, DCS, HCS).
• Familiarity with automation practices and tools (Ansible).
• Experience managing changes on large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and support for Linux systems and virtualization infrastructure.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to operate critical systems.
• Participate in incident and problem management, including troubleshooting and remediation.
• Prepare operation and technical documents (knowledge base, procedures, reports).
• Provide production support including on-call duties and changes per CM procedures.
• Support audit, regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Coordinate with data centre operations and vendors for infrastructure issues.
