Job summary

IO Tech Solutions Limited is seeking a hands-on System Engineer to support the day-to-day IT operations of its Hong Kong office. You will join a small IT team and handle infrastructure, end-user support and technical troubleshooting.

The role emphasizes practical problem solving, Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments, plus network and vendor coordination as part of maintaining smooth IT services for the business.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in System Engineering, IT Support or related role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Active Directory and end-user support.
• Exposure to network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT and end-user support for the Hong Kong office.
• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows / Active Directory / Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, switches and other network-related issues.
• Manage IT incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
• Support user onboarding, account access, hardware setup and software deployment.
• Coordinate with vendors and external parties when required.
• Assist with IT infrastructure projects, office moves and other technical initiatives.
• Maintain IT documentation and follow internal IT processes.
