Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation is seeking a Short Term / Seasonal Part Time Operations Ambassador to assist with event setup, props, signage, and post-event restoration.

You will help guests, answer enquiries, monitor on-site operations, and support queue controls and housekeeping as required. The role includes hosting engagement activities and distributing souvenirs. Outdoor shifts and weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and approachable; able to handle queries from guests.
• Experience in events or large-scale activities is a plus.
• Willingness to work outdoors and on shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

Cheerful, polite, and responsible, with the ability to work in outdoor environments and on a shift basis (including daytime and evening shifts)

Good communication skills, able to interact with guests in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

Willing to work on shifts including weekends, public holidays and evenings, is preferred
(actual working hours will be arranged based on operational needs)

Prior experience in customer service or assisting with events / large-scale events will be an advantage
