Job summary

MSCI Hong Kong is seeking a Project Manager to lead onboarding of client investment data onto our platform. You will coordinate onboarding and integration projects, develop detailed plans, and keep stakeholders informed across client teams and internal groups.

You will define scope, timelines and deliverables, manage risk, and memorialize projects to support ongoing client relationships. Strong communication and finance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices in finance.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and industry exposure.
• Experience with client onboarding and multi-project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and integration projects; develop and maintain project plans.
• Provide project overviews for clients and management, incl. retrospectives.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client relationships.
• Set expectations and plan meetings with internal and client stakeholders.
• Plan execution strategy, schedule meetings, and ensure transparency.
• Determine content and frequency of status updates; identify risks.
• Memorialize projects for ongoing client relationships and support teams.
• Perform other management-supported administrative tasks.
