Job summary

Kin Wing is looking for an on-site IT support specialist to set up, configure, and maintain hardware at site offices, respond promptly to staff requests, and ensure CCTV systems run smoothly.

You will manage IT asset inventory, work with the IT team on standardized deployments, and apply strong Cantonese language skills and familiarity with construction site operations. 1 year of technical support experience is required; 4S project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support
• Proficiency in Cantonese

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain hardware at site offices
• Provide on-site IT technical support and resolve issues for site staff
• Ensure smooth operation of site CCTV systems
