Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
4–5 years of experience in building services engineering.
EMSD Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above) is an advantage.
Experience in HVAC/MVAC, Chiller Plant.
Proficient in preparing tender documents and procurement processes.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Carry out and oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement for building services to ensure optimal performance, safety and regulatory compliance.
Monitor work progress, ensure quality, and meet service timelines.
Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and contractor proposals.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
Liaise with contractors, vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
