Job summary

OKB Technology Company Limited seeks a senior design systems engineer to lead the development and governance of reusable foundations, components, and templates. You will define token architectures, ensure alignment between Figma designs and code, and drive consistency across Web, iOS, and Android platforms.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and AI tooling teams to prototype AI-assisted workflows, improve accessibility, and establish validation and handoff workflows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering reusable design-system components.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain foundation standards and token architecture for color, spacing, radius, themes, modes, and platform variation.
• Design and evolve core components with clear naming, variants, states, metadata, and architecture for designers, engineers, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Prototype and improve AI-assisted workflows for template generation and variant generation while applying human judgment to output.
• Partner with engineers to ensure design intent, platform behavior, APIs, and accessibility across Web, iOS, and Android.
• Apply quality acceptance criteria for interaction states, responsive behavior, accessibility, compliance, and handoff.
