Job summary

OKG’s design intelligence platform OKDS invites you to join a team building Foundations, Components, and Templates + AI Tooling across token architecture, theming, and reusable components.

You will collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure accessibility and high-quality implementation. The role emphasizes prototyping, validation, and delivering reusable patterns in a dynamic product environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering reusable design-system components in complex digital products.
• Strong communication and collaboration with designers and engineers.
• Ability to prototype, test, and refine detailed interactions and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Own scoped initiatives across Foundations, Components, or Templates + AI Tooling.
• Develop and maintain foundation standards and token architecture for color, spacing, radius, themes, modes.
• Design and evolve OKDS core components and reusable business components.
• Build reusable template systems and AI-friendly guidance.
• Partner with engineers to align design intent, API exposure, and accessibility across platforms.
• Prototype and improve AI-assisted workflows for template generation and variant discovery.
• Drive adoption with product teams through enablement and feedback loops.
• Apply quality criteria across interaction states, responsiveness, accessibility, and handoff.
• Plan, track dependencies, and measure reuse and faster implementation.
