Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group in Hong Kong seeks a senior sales leader to build and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth. You will lead and coach a large sales team, align initiatives with KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement across the organization.

You will manage performance, report to senior leadership, and tackle ad-hoc projects as needed in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A degree holder with extensive lending sector experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the consumer lending sector.
• Proven sales-driven leader with strong performance management.
• Solid people management and leadership skills.
• Strong numerical literacy with focus on sales KPIs.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

• Construct and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets—defining the go-to-market approach, driving performance, and providing insights to senior leadership
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team—setting clear goals, fostering accountability, and ensuring continuous improvement through coaching and performance management
• Regularly review the effectiveness of the strategies and optimize the efficiency of the operation plan
• Perform Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above, Degree holder preferred
• 10 years of experience in consumer lending industry, loan experience is preferred
• Sales-driven, results-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Solid people management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong in numbers, especially sales KPIs management
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and Chinese word processing
