Officer, Office Facilities (1-year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily facility operations to ensure smooth office functionality
- Liaise with the Building Management Office (BMO) on maintenance, repairs, security, housekeeping, and other building-related matters
- Monitor office facilities and arrange corrective actions when necessary
- Support office space planning, meeting room setup, and workplace arrangements
- Verify invoices and coordinate invoice settlement with Finance and vendors
- Maintain accurate records of facility-related documents, contracts, and service reports
- Act as a key contact point for employees regarding facility-related requests and issues.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and external service providers
- Provide logistics and facilities support for company events, meetings, training sessions, and activities
- Arrange room setup, furniture configuration, and equipment preparation as required
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure successful event execution
- Support emergency response and business continuity activities when required
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in delivering enterprise-level Data and AI solutions, technology transformation projects, or solution architecture initiatives
- Solid understanding of banking and/or insurance business processes, systems, and regulatory considerations
- Hands‑on knowledge of data warehouse concepts, AI technologies, data platforms, and modern analytics solutions
- Good understanding of cloud service models, including IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS
- Knowledge of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices, including data quality, metadata management, and data lifecycle management
- Experience with data management tools and processes, including data cleansing, quality control, metadata management, and governance implementation
- Experience in project management, solution architecture design, and software delivery methodologies such as TDD, BDD, DDD, Agile, or other relevant development approaches
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across business units, back‑office functions, and IT teams.
- Previous experience in IT budget planning, tracking, or cost management is an advantage.
- Self‑motivated, analytical, and business‑oriented, with a strong interest in applying Data and AI to solve practical business challenges
