H Properties Limited is seeking an Officer, Leasing for a 6-month temporary contract to support leasing documentation and tenancy administration in Hong Kong.
The role involves drafting agreements, liaising with lawyers, tenants, and agents, and ensuring timely signing, stamp duties, and deposits while maintaining accurate records in the leasing system.
Draft, review, and finalize standard leasing documentation, including Offer Letters, Tenancy Agreements, etc.
Liaise with internal legal counsel, external solicitors, tenants, and property agents to align on terms and finalize execution.
Track the end-to-end signing process, manage file archiving, and follow up on statutory requirements including stamp duty submission, Land Registry filings, and deposit collections.
2. Leasing Enquiries & Site Inspections
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming leasing enquiries from prospects, existing tenants, and property agents via phone and email.
Provide accurate leasing packages, floor plans, and building specifications.
Coordinate and conduct on-site inspections, professionally presenting premises conditions and building amenities, and collect feedback for management review.
3. System Administration & Operational Support
Maintain timely and accurate data entry in the Leasing Management System, including rent rolls, tenant accounts, lease expiries, options, and unit availability.
Coordinate with Finance team on billing setups, deposit reconciliations, rental collection monitoring, etc.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations for leasing activities.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Surveying, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in commercial/retail leasing, tenancy administration, or agency operations. Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship experience will also be considered.
Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of standard Hong Kong tenancy agreements, legal clauses, and stamp duty procedures.
Systems: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and hands-on experience with property/leasing management software.
Languages: Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
